Boondocking in aptos california

We are heading to the beer festival in Aptos and could not get any sites at the sea cliff or new brighton and the koa there is way over priced if you ask me. So we plan to show up Thursday and try to get in on the lottery they do for the first come first serve sites but if we can not get one is there any places there good for boondocking? Thanks for the help.

Thanks, if it wasn't for the beer fest I would much rather be in the Sierras. We love going up by shaver lake.

Seacliff lottery should work for you. Not much boondocking around here that I would recommend. Have fun at the Beer Fest - we will miss it this year as we are going camping this weekend in the Sierras. Planning this better next year.

I will look at them also but prefer to be closer to the event. I guess its just up the street from the Sea Cliff state park.

Try Santa Cruz harbor, they have a few rv spots
