There are several BLM locations out east of Yuma. You can locate them on the Arizona map of The Ultimate US Public Campground Project.

About 30 miles east of Yuma at Wellton (exit 30) is some BLM land. Go south of the freeway about a 1.5 miles and just before the canal do a right turn onto some BLM land.
