Campfire Lodgings Asheville TN

Anyone stayed at Campfire Lodgings in Asheville TN? Would appreciate some feedback.

As said, very nice place but no kid activities other than a fishing pond + some trails. Entrance involves a steep curvy road......doable even with a motorhome.

Very pretty campground but pretty basic.

Not many/any activities in the campground when we stayed there a few years ago. A great base for doing other things in the area, but no pool, playground or biking areas in the campground itself. Not a good place to entertain kids, if that is what you are looking for.

We would certainly stay there again when in the area and yes, the people were super nice.

Yes. Very nice campground, especially if you get one of the premium sites which overlook a valley.Very well maintained, and good people.
