Central to South Florida Gulf side camp sites for Jan-March

First timeout with new motor home. Would like some information about some good campsites near the Gulf side within 30miles or so. Don't want to commit to a site for 3 or 4 months,Jan- March, and find out it is not a good one. I think it would be better to make reservations for a month at a time and move each month. Sounds like that may be hard or impossible to do with all of the campsites being full. We like Hiking, Biking, Golf and beach walking. Any advice would be appreciated.

We like Blueberry Hill in Bushnell and Dunedin RV Resort in Dunedin. Blueberry Hill never fills up and, if you call early enough, Dunedin should have space for you.

Check out Ramblers Rest in Venice. probably a 20 minute ride to beaches. Nice heavily wooded sites, some on the river. We try to stay there several times a year. Gets pretty busy down here in winter,
