I am planning on going to Florida around Dec. 24/25 has anyone had trouble getting help/service while broken down during this time. We do have roadside assistance but I was concerned about traveling and maybe waiting till the 26.

would expect that you will have some difficulties getting roadside assistance on DEc 24/25. Service techs have families too.
