Come visit us as we are campground hosts for the BLM at Blackfoot Reservoir just north of Soda Springs, Idaho on US 30. Southeast of Pocatello. Dry camping (picnic table and fire ring) with great high up views of the reservoir for $5 $2.50 with a pass. Water and dump station included. Also have 16 electric sites with shelters for $10 also get them 1/2 off w/pass. Second vehicle $5 $2.50 w/pass. Now that is different from most campgrounds. Electric for $5 no discount. Great fishing in the reservoir or on the Blackfoot river.

It's a snow bank but all gone now as it was in the upper 70s last week. But next week not so nice as on Wed 30s and SNOW. It would have covered the whole campsite from the hillside. Still lots of snow on the mountains. Reservoir very full and still lots of snow met to come.
We helped the BLM get the water system turned on and tested. They called and said go turn it on. On Monday the electric is turned on (we have it now) as the season starts Monday, May 15
Didn't know how the power to a campground works but every two sites has its own feed from the main panels. Think of all the power cables that takes. 16 electric sites here.
Got our HughesNet Gen5 Mobile Internet system set up and working. No need to call in each time we move it.
