Hanksville, Moab or Green River, UT- Free Dumpsite?

Need a free dumpsite in one of the three locations. Online I have found Maverick Gas Station in Moab but anyone know for sure? Also found online Goblins State Park's dumpsite is free even if you aren't staying there, again anyone know for sure? Will be Boondocking enroute and need to dump before spending time in San Rafael Swell.

I doubt goblin is free but it was kind of free for us when we were there...had a utah state parks pass and just used the dump.

Thanks, that was my fall-back plan. Sometime it is just more interesting & detailed when you get feedback from RVers who have been there.

Thanks for the responses. All ready use the site Gary but when I went on to Google Earth to check out the Maverick Station, it was impossible to tell if and where the dump was. So was hoping to get first hand info, Thanks Semperfi. First choice is free but have no problem paying if not available.
