Thanks to whomever just cancelled their site at Topsail Hill. We were staying at Rocky Bayou State Park but I wanted to be a little closer to the beach. This park better live up to all the hype. Just kidding, it looks very nice and has full hookups. We're used to only electric here in Michigan.

We too lucked out on a cancelled week at Topsail during the second week in March, which happens to be Alabama's school spring break. Just goes to show if they are booked when you first start looking, keep trying; someone usually cancels.
Topsail is one of our favorite Florida state parks.

Beach is a half mile shuttle ride away. Usually runs every hour. There is a full bathhouse near the beach. You can also walk or ride bikes to the beach. Been going here for spring break for 15 years in a row. Will be going down on April 1st this year. Have fun...

We are there now = you will have cable also - hope you know the beach is not real close

Swim, sun, beachcomb for sea beans and watch shorebirds along 3.2 miles of quiet, white quartz sand beaches with the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico lapping on the shore. A tram running every 2 hours starting at 9 AM will take you to the beach or if you choose you can walk or bike a half-mile along the path to the beach
