Next destination Maine

Ok folks our next destination is Maine, bride wants lobster. Any suggestions of things to do and places to stay would be appreciated. Full hookup/50 amps

We loved Red Apple CG in Kennybunk. Spotless CG. Also deliver lobster to your site.

Acadia NP is one of the gems of Maine. Another is Baxter SP. In Acadia there are many good CG's, but we like Bar Harbor CG. There is a trolley to take you into towm. The NP is awesome. Eastport and Campobello Island are nice also. You may want to bring your passports.

Boothbay is also nice. Shorehills is a good CG. Portland is a nice city and you could stay at Bayley's if you have kids or the Wild Duck if not. In Wells I'd recommend the Wells Beach CG.

Be sure to get a lobster roll at Red's in Wiscasset.

Try the Old Orchard Beach Area and Scarborough Area in ME. Tons of attractions and places to get your lobster fix! :C

We just came back, from Libbys Oceanside camp in York. It has full hookups, the sites are kind of small and a bit unlevel, but neat, clean and convenient to everything that Maine is known for!
I rented an Enterprise car, and they picked me up there, we drove to Kennebunkport, Freeport, Bar Harbor. The beach at low tide in York is fantastic, it's just a short walk from the campgrounds.
Real nice people run this place, that's kind of expensive, but worth it for us, as we wanted to be right on the ocean. What a view!
