If you are military, there is the Fam Camp at Offutt AFB's baselake almost next door to Haworth Park.

Stayed at the Horseshoe Casino and it's right next to the highway. So if noises bother you find another. The shower house/facilities was clean and well kept. Walking distance to Bass Pro.

Hayworth park in Bellevue. Sits right on the river. I don't belive it has full hookups, just electric and maybe water but it's a good one nighter..
Also the horseshoe casino in Council Bluffs.
