Hello All. In mid-September, we're taking a trip in our 26' Class C pulling a 12' covered cargo trailer with our scooters. We're middle aged and will have no children and no pets with us.

Looking for recommendations for the Eureka Springs AR area and then for the Memphis TN area. No real special needs other than with the trailer, a pull through site is easier, a nice pool is always welcome and of course, cleanliness all around in the restrooms etc.

Not interested in parks that are geared to families with lots of those kind of attractions and activities i.e. Yogi Bear's Jellystone etc, type parks.

What suggestions do you have for us? Thanks in advance, ~ Bugjr ~

We live south of Memphis in northern Mississippi. I like the Hernando Point COE campground that is between Hernando and Coldwater, MS. It puts you about 22 miles south of Memphis away from the city. Campground is set on a lake with lots of trees.

Your other choices are Tom Sawyer campground in West Memphis, Arkansaw which is highly recommended by many. There are several RV parks in Southaven, MS that would work for you also. These are typical RV parks, packed tight with full hookups.

You will find a lot of good riding in Arkansas - one of our favorite places to ride. Keep the bikes in the trailer in Memphis - very flat and not too many curves!

You might check out Turpentine Creek RV Park, just a few miles south of Eureka Springs. Only seven sites, but it should be quiet.
