Beware of this place. I had 2 weeks booked for last winter and had to cancel due to health issues. I gave them over 2 months advance notice following their guidelines and they refused to give me my money back, only offering a credit for a future stay which I would probably never be able to use. The office people were very rude and hung up on me twice. I finally filed a claim with the better business bureau and the department within the Florida government that regulates this type of operation (can't remember name right now) to try to get my money back. Also filed a claim with the booking site they use to make reservations. Nowhere on the campground site does it state they won't refund. The booking site explains how to get a refund and I followed that process, but the campground had to approve. I was told by the office folks at the campground that the park had recently been sold and had new owners and they would not refund money. Bottom line, I finally got an email from the booking site that they would refund my money and a few days later the refund appeared on my credit card statement. All this took over 2 months and I got back most of my money except booking fees and taxes. Don't care so much about the booking fees as I can understand that but the taxes was kind of odd. Anyway BUYER BEWARE!! I'll never go there or recommend them.
