Outdoor kitchen modification

I'm basically wanting to do away with my outdoor kitchen on our Freedom Express. It's the small kitchen with the small fridge and sink. Would like to put a tv mount somewhere and maybe use for extra storage. Anyone with any ideas or seen any modifications to a kitchen similar to ours? Thanks

Remove the whole kitchen module and convert the area to storage for light things then install a TV mount like this.
