Sharkbite RV winterize kit

Thanks very much for the replies on what size plumbing is in my camper 🙂
Now I'm asking the brain trust here where to get a winterize kit with the popular Sharkbite fittings.
I had the kind that screws onto the pump in my Hybrid but would prefer a permanent in line on for my Coachman.

Anti-freeze in the water causes all kinds of problems.
Trust me!
It took forever to get the smell and taste out of the water after an issue I had.
I thought the valve was closed (by-passed) and some antifreeze got into heater.
Next time we heated the water; Oh brother!

Don't forget the WH bypass kit unless you want to waste 6 to 10 gal of antifreeze during each winterization. Also, I don't think WH manufacturers recommend putting antifreeze in their tanks, but I could be wrong on that.

If you want to use sharkbite you will have to make your own 'kit' (T, valve, suction line etc.) which will be expensive. Sharkbites are great but pricy.

Just get one of these kits.....install on pump suction line. Has a 3 way valve and hose to allow sucking anti-freeze directly from bottle using you pump.......LINK
