Underbay Storage Slideout - need design

I have seen somewhere a design to add a sliding tray in an storage compartment somewhere.

Adding under a 5th wheel - one side of the pass thru. Needs to be
1 & 1/4" to clear door bottom and probably about 20" wide.

Just want to add a flat sheet of plywood w 1/4 round edging to hold several tubs on it. Will need to extend about 4 feet outside trailer. Tubs weigh about 30lbs each...holding 30 ft 50amp elec wire, plumbing hookups, other junk.

If someone can point me in the right direction or give me any designs I would love it!

I have done several small cargo slides for portable generators, done In one day start to finish, would be even less time, if I wasn't so slow, for me what should be 3 to 4 hours, turns into an all day job

Have a factory installed one in my 5er. Wonderful having the thing. Don't know the cost. It was a standard item for the model.

I would imagine the aftermarket purchase would not be cheap. Course buying readymade is no labour on the owners part. Who knows how many hours for a DIY?

Yeah $1400 for my pass thru was the quote. I can make one for maybe $300

You're looking at $200+ for full extension heavy duty drawer guides.....

I don't know about designs but that project is on the far back burner for my RV. You need a couple of ball bearing slides, preferably full extension, that are as long as the compartment is deep. Amazon Or less than that if that's what you desire. And I plan on using that hardwood plywood that the big box stores are selling now.
And then misc wood to mount the slides in the compartment and make the plywood shelf. You will loose some of the width and height of the compartment to fit the slides in. Keep in mind how heavy those totes will be in total when buying the slides. I'd use at least 1/2in plywood.You can use the cheaper stuff and just give it several coats of paint.
