I installed a MaxxFan 1200T in our 2003 mh. We traded it for a new mh in 2015, and I planned to put a 1200T in the new mh, then I found that the 1200T is no longer available.

I wish I had removed the old one before we traded.

I have the Maxxfan 4500 & 7500 fans that have 10 speeds, a tougher lid, and can stay open in the rain. The 7500 has remote control and a thermostat. Love em.

I agree, great fan. Nice to not worry about rain and if it gets too cool it shuts down.
