I am looking at a used 2005 Holiday Rambler Presidential M-37RLT FW that is located some distance from me. NADA and other information on the Internet said this FW has only 2 axles. The one for sale has 3 axles. Can any of you explain?

Do any of you have a 3 axles FW? How does it tow and back.
Please give me enough troubles, uncertainty, problems, obstacles and STRESS so that I do not become arrogant, proud, and smug in my own abilities, and enough blessings and good times that I realize that someone else is in charge of my life.

Standard on that model. Not sure why NADA doesn't mention it though.
