Going tomorrow to look at this unit. Does anyone have this model?
I read it was 3/4 ton towable but have a hard time getting definitive answers.
NADA specs say a pin weight of 2400# and "Base" weight 10,910#. I'm guessing that means dry weight.
Any help would be appreciated.

Everything I've read is you're really limited by your tires. I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 2500HD Duramax CCSB 4WD. I talked with a guy on the Duramax Forum and he said the weak link is tires. I have load Range E Bridgestone Dualer tires at 80# they are rated at 3042#. So if I'm figuring this right that's a total of 6084# GAWR for the rear. This sticker inside my truck door says the same weight My trucks owners manual says 14,200 for the DMax with a foot note stating 3000 King Pin weight for a 5er. So am I ok as long as I don't exceed those number? Should I take it to a scale before I buy it? Any other Elevation owners on here?
Thanks all.

Additional info dealer sent me the certified dry weight when it left the factory. The sticker says 11,572 lbs. :h

One more addition. I found a certified scale. My truck weighs 7880 lbs and rear axle is 3420 lbs.

Go with the 15,500 gross weight instead of the empty weight. Can your 3/4 truck handle 15,500?
