5th wheel weight question

I just have a question and it may be silly but I was wondering if you have a 5th wheel and the fresh water tank is at the very back. If you fill it (42 gallons about 500 pds) does it take all that weight off of the pin?

Best bet: Fill the water tank, and weigh the rig properly to get the hitch weight. Without knowing the exact rig you're talking about, my guess is a full tank of water would result in a slightly lighter hitch weight.

No. To figure out exactly you would have to take a lot of measurements and then do the math
