I don't know of any manufacturer that makes a trailer that is not considered a mobile home that has a king size bed with two, or even one, nite stands next to the bed. Some have a cubby but not many.
Edit: I found a rig that has a king bed with night stands on both sides of the bed. The only problem is that it is a travel trailer and not a 5th wheel. So far, I have found none with regular night stands - only cubbys in 5th wheels.
Cruiser RV trailers. My son has a beautiful
Cedar Creek "Cottage" trailer that is over 40 feet long but is still considered an RV. I towed it for him from the dealer about 150 miles to his campground in upper Michigan and believe me it is not one you would want to tow around regularly. It is very tall and heavy.
He has found it to be a very livable trailer that he uses regularly in the summer and even occasionally in the late Fall or early Spring. It has a king bed but only cubbies next to the bed on the sides. I think most manufacturers are like his. Probably the only way you will get what you want is to find a custom builder to build it.
Good luck.
