Had an issue this past weekend and just looking to see if this might be a common issue or not. Below is my post on the Forest River forum.

We went on our 2nd trip with the new Crusader this past weekend and the rear jacks would not move. I obviously tried manual mode to no avail, I called Lippert and they didn't have any suggestions.

The "rear" button lights up on the control panel when I press the button so the panel is working. I am assuming they are not getting power since neither rear jack would respond. I doubt both jacks would go out so quickly. Front jacks worked fine.

I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to get it to the shop but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions where I could start looking? Maybe there are typical problems I could look into.

Thanks Rick, I did the reset on the panel (10 up & 10 down) and unplugged the panel. I pulled the fuse on the board because i could not tell which plug was the main power. I think I had it narrowed down to the small plug. Hopefully it will be something simple.

I had a problem with one rea r jack this spring. Lippert sent me a new control board and that took care of the problem. You can get a set of jumpers and jump each jack directly from the battery to check the wiring itself. Lippert had me do this as a part of trouble shooting the problem.

Another suggestion I would make is disconnect the power going to the control board and let it reset itself. Not the control panel but the control board itself.
