I used it for the first time 2 months ago. It goes on real easy but is pretty thin. You will need to apply a few coats but let each coat dry first. I'm going to get on the roof this weekend and see how it is holding up.

I seen in the directions 3 coats were recommended. Were you happy with the "thickness" and finish once all the coats were on?

I didn't use it on the whole roof. I coated the caulking around vents, antenna etc... And used it along the whole edge where the rubber roof meets the aluminum. So far happy with it.

If your EPDM rubber roof is actually leaking (VERY unusual for it to leak) it MIGHT be a good idea but an even better one is to use your 12 year warranty with which most Rubber roofs are sold. If your roof is beyond it's warranty period then you've got nothing to loose. 99% of the time (my estimate) when someone says their roof is leaking, it's actually a caulking issue not a roof membrane leak.

My roof is on a 1995 model. It isn't leaking but the white is coming off and getting worn down to the black rubber. Would like to get something on it to prolong its life before it does leak.
