I seen in the directions 3 coats were recommended. Were you happy with the "thickness" and finish once all the coats were on?

If your roof is beyond it's warranty period then you've got nothing to loose. 99% of the time (my estimate) when someone says their roof is leaking, it's actually a caulking issue not a roof membrane leak.
