Bedroom slide out gear box

Hello,All,Looking for resource as my search has been futile.
My slide out gear box is on its last leg-due to soon fail.
2004 33RL 5th whl. Colorado model Dutchman by Thor. There is no mfg. name nor part # on the gear box. It is driven by a Von Weise 12v. motor mod.# V05726AV88that is functioning.
Vin # search and trips to many RV repair shops has been frustrating.
Any help is appreciated.

I see you are one of the few people with a Colorado. I too had a 2004 like yours. I had to replace the front jack and it was a obsolete manufacturer. Had to use another make. I wouldn't be surprised if that is what you find with the slide.

You may want to contact Barker Manufacturing with a question about your gear box, ask if they were the company that made it. They make hundreds of different gear boxes for the rv industry along with many other rv related products Barker mfg.
