Best stabilizer help needed

I have a new 31 ft. Rock-Wood and need to get the shaking under control when parked. My wife has a really bad temper when woke up in the early morning:S. There are so many products on the markets I'm not sure what works the best. I have a Side Winder king pin so I don't think a front tri-pod stabilizer will work. Maybe Wheel Locks?

I do have electric landing gear on the back it helps but its not great.

Thanks

Four point leveling system with strong arm are the best.:B

I found by usind some large or stacked blocking under the landing gear and rear stabilizers, and taking it up about an inch to inch and a half on the springs takes just enough wieght off the wheels to drastically reduce the bouncing, just a little side to side motion remains.

what I found also was setting up with a full tank of water and outside stuff still inside, as the weight of the unit changed the springs would lift the stabilizers enough to render them redundant, so if you have patio funiture and bikes or anything else more than a few pounds (which adds up) unload them first.

and no my unit did not twist up like a pretzel or fold up like a V amazingly enough

We too had tried the route of the Bi-Pod for years. Dutch even installed an additional set of arm jacks at the rear of our Carriage but neither worked for us. When we installed permanently installed aftermarket stabilizers over 7 years ago, my rockin` and rollin` disappeared and I have been a happy camper ever since. Di

All the stabilizers in the world won't stop all the movement, you are sitting on rubber tires ,and leaf springs . The stabilizers will prevent the fifth wheel from shifting back to front ,and side to side, but you will still get some up ,and down movement . If you want to stop all the movement you will need to get the weight of the leaf springs ,and tires . I have seen guys put jacks in front ,and rear of the tires both side just tight enough to take the bounce out of the tires ,and leaf springs. Personally the stabilizers work well enough for me ,but I don't have a mean wife 🙂

On edit : Steadyfast are very good stabilizers ,a little simpler in design ,and gets the job done very nicely

JT's for sure...AND put 6x6 blocks under the frt. landing gear so as to not have to extend them as much...worked for me...big diff.!!!

Are you using the BAL type between-the-wheel chocks? They help noticeably. JT Strongarms seem to have the best reviews, I have not tried them because our 5th wheel is very stable without LG braces. Also, when you drop the rear stabilizers, do you get them really cranked down? I bring my front LG slightly nose high and then crank the rears hard to make it level. Maybe that's why they call your model a "Rock-Wood".... just kidding...

Forget the king pin tripod. Go with JT Strongarm or one of the other similar stabilizers for the front and rear.
We have JTs and they work great.

Another vote fot JTs, they just work.
