LOVE Our BC. We bought it this past August and have 8 trips and went to several states and all kinds of weather. I can say no issues.

Bob:

Here's a couple more for you.

The towel ring in the bathroom was not mounted high enough. When you put a hand towel in it would cover the light switches and receptacle.

So I decided to make a shelf and towel rack. Made the shelf for the wife's water pic and power tooth brush.

I also did not like the dark stained rounded front steps up to the bedroom. They were modified to look like this.

For the Cedar Creek owners...3 6CKTS......WHAT WOULD you change on yours ???

The built in slinky storage is too short, however there is a great MOD to fix it.
I would like MCD shades.
Have more of a built-in cabinet where the tv is instead of the motorized lift, although the lift is cool.
Nothing major. We are very satisfied with build, fit, and finish. Would buy the same rig again.

# 1 2013 Cedar Creek is a great unit.

Here's the mod I did for the sewer tube that is to short and will not accept a 4 1/4" diameter Rhino Flex Hose.

Aluminum angle, pop rivets, silicone, and of coarse duct tape I mounted the door assembly onto a 5" X 5" fence post cover.

Here it is installed with sewer hose in PVC rain gutter.

Top is the tube from FR Bottom is modified tube.

Ramblin Recks: I to wish I had MCD shades.

When you're in a Cedar Creek next time at a show....count the number of electrical outlets and notice how smart they are laid out. Then look at others. I just traded a Heartland product. It had 2 electrical outlets for the kitchen and living room.

Don't have a 36CKTS but have looked at them. For us, the thing that keeps it from being a perfect floor plan is no overhead cabinets in the bedroom.

Our CC 34 RLSA is our fourth fifth wheel. The Creek is the BEST so far. One big reason over most of the others, Return Air duct in both BR and LR for A/C. Many now have the A/C with return air ducts in the living room but not bedroom. Cedar Creek wins in my book.

Ummm you got R38 in the floor and R 34 in the roof and CC is R38 floor and R38 roof

I wasn't actually comparing CC to BC, just a comparison in my mind between BC and our previous trailer.
I suspect CC has a higher roof R rating because of the thickness in roof at the highest part of the curve. That where I would measure too if I was measuring for benefit of R value. (I wish I had an arched roof too but it wasn't a deal breaker)

My brain is just now getting unscrambled from shopping for r first 5th wheel
Of course all are the best when it comes to their brand. We were lucky having
many Frnds with 5th wheels giving us lots of pros and cons. Since we will be
doing alot of traveling across county and not just sitting it at a park, we found
that the CC is built to withstand the wear n tear better.
The only thing we changed was bedspread decor in bedroom.

We looked at CC and BC as well... both are very good choices.

Went with a CC 34RLSA. My wife liked the decor better in the CC.

I preferred the construction method of the CC... not laminated... and the full ducted AC.

I've got the 3251ts and although I've only been able to go out a couple times, it's been very good to us. Of course the colder weather showed us how the extra insulation Heartland puts in the floor and ceiling helps in keep the interior warm. Something like almost six inches sprayed foam in there. Quiet and warm. Like the big awning and all the lights in it. Yeah, there's a lot of lights.
