Just got a call from my local Cedar Creek dealer who informed me one of these will be hitting his lot by the end of the month; it's so new he doesn't have an MSRP yet, but I'm really excited to see it in person. In case you haven't seen it yet, the bunk room is in the middle of the coach, and can also be used as an office, a den or for storage. Also has a loft above it, which connects to the bath. Back and front are traditional RL type floorplans, so this is very unique. We were looking at the Silverback bunk floorplans, but this one has more of the traditional feel we're looking for.

Interesting Floorplan. Overall I like it. A bit heavy but overall very innovative.

Seems like the RV industry is good at copying floor plans from one manufacturer to another.

For instance, my 2003 Hitchhiker Discover America Quad Slide was unique, but only for a short time. It was not too long before there were three or four different brands offering almost the exact same floor plan.

So perhaps this Coachmen bunk house will find itself on that same list. To me, it is an outstanding floor plan, very imaginative and effective use of space.

I also miss the available half bath most are offering. Otherwise, yes, it's great. Depending on cost and any research concerning Coachmen fiver quality, I'm still looking at the Silverback 37BH.

The worst problem with it is that you can't get to the fridge with the door-side slide.

For my family, it's missing an outdoor kitchen which is something that we really like.

*BUT! I love the layout.*

Too bad I can't afford a NH; they could build it with much better QC. As it is, I'm expecting this thing to cost more than a Pinnacle.

This floor plan is awesome.....every one of our friends who bought a Coachman product had leaks...one even had the side wall come loose from the floor in a class c. she was sitting at the dinette while going down the road and asked her husband if she was supposed to see the road as they were driving down the road.....scary to say the least and this was a new unit...another had the rear window leak in their and the dealer could never stop it........another had roof leaks and numerous trips to the factory could not stop them. And this was just members of one club we were in......

That youtube vid is what convinced me to hold off until further notice. Aside from Coachmen's rather lack luster TT and motorized quality records (pissedconsumer.com, on here and other internet searches), they seem to be rather proud of their Brookstone line; even used units with a few years seem to fetch what new Eagles and Cedar Creeks command. Time will tell.

It's probably at the higher end of the weight and size scale, but can you put a price on a floor plan that will still be useful to full time adult living after the kids leave the nest? This is one of those "why didn't someone think of this before" situations.

The reason they don't have an MSRP yet is that the dealerships "special" printer is down and the girl in the front office that fabricates these things had the day off. I'm sure the dealer that ordered this fiver just did so blindly not having any clue at all how much Coachmen was billing him. (yeah, right).

Impressive floor-plan.

Mind you, don't know anything about Coachmen quality, but that is indeed an imaginative use of space.

Wow is right. That's impressive but a) how much? (can't find that answer anywhere) and b) how long is that sucker going to be? (40'10") c) how much will it weigh? (GCWR almost 17,000lbs!)

That's a lot of 5th wheel!
