Looks like there's another option for trailer tires. One nice thing is they're rated for 75mph.

Maybe, but it looks like their price is right up there with the GY G114s

And at this point another offshore unproven RV tire. The Sailun S637 in either the 16" G rated or the 17.5 H rated still remain the best there is in a RV tire . Price point ,and dependability. I won't experiment with any other tire truck or trailer, it will be Sailun at this point .

I don't FB but a friend does and says the Continental is the tire of choice in the DRV world and has been trouble free.

The Conti's are more expensive then the G114's.

Knowing what I know , and in the market for H rated tires it would be Sailun . Iโ€™ve had Continental tires , and have nothing good to say about them . Iโ€™ll take your word for the Continental trailer tires , but Sailun would be still be my choice long before Iโ€™d recommend a Continental .

Ok, I have 4,375# per tire load. What speed can I tow with the GY tire at?

In the commercial world we would contact our manufacturer rep who would get us the chart information for the tire.

They LOOK like a serious trailer tire but 62 is nonsense. That said I tow at 60 in CA but in AZ I tow 70 if I don't have MC Trailer behind RV.

I wonder how they would know if you towed over 62???

...I repeat... commercial tire "Max speed" is at maximum tire load.

Lighter loads = higher speed.

What RV applies 6000lbs per tire?

Commercial tire max speed ratings are at max tire load. The kmax tire would be 62mph at 6000lbs per tire.

Not sure why they only have 62 max. Looks like one heck of a trailer tire.

GY endurance are rated for 87 MPH,
I've never heard of ANY tire rated for only 62 - maybe you meant 65?
