....and not being mechanically-inclined Loyd has graciously offered, free of charge of course, to install a second A/C in my case amd make sure it is ducted...nice guy huh? :W

Only the rear A/C is ducted. When you close the "quick cool" vents on the A/C unit the cold air is pushed through the duct work. The bedroom A/C only cools the bedroom.
