Do you grease or lubricate the jack legs?

Does anyone grease the 5th wheel jack legs? Not the outside but the screw portion inside the legs which are doing the work lifting the trailer?

If so, how?

I give them a light spray with silcone or some other dry lube to make them slide up and down easier. Grease or oil on the exterior would attract dirt and grit.

I did with my previous fiver; but I have not done so with my new one. I had to disassemble everything to grease them. I used white lithium grease. It was task; but I never had any trouble with the landing gear.

Mine have a zerk fitting at the top of each leg. I hit mine with a few shots twice a year when I lube the wet bolts. I've had the trailer in my signature for 3 years now, used at least once a month since purchase, 12 months out of the year. So far, so good, smooth and quiet operation.
