What are your thoughts on a fair purchase price for a 2007 Jayco 345BHS? How about 2009 345BHS?

Use the NADA bol only as a guide--the NADA price is based on MSRP and nobody pays MSRP. For instance a unit with an MSRP of 46,000. probably sold for $35,000. OR IN THAT AREA. NADA would probably show an wholesale value after 4 years of $17,000. A dealer would probably offer 15,000. on a trade in. Based on those numbers you can make a knowledgable fair offer for both yourself and the seller.

Go to the NADA website and search those models to see what the current sales process are. Then go to national and local and national CraigsLists and do the same. This should give you a fairly good idea of prices.

Note: Jaycos keep their resale values pretty well and have up to a 5% higher resale value than other brands.
