Height restrictions

does anyone have any recommendations what to use for knowing bridge heights while traveling? Any info will help.

I bought a truckers guide that lists low clearance. Something like this and put a sticker on my dash board with my height.

Usually it's the sign on the bridge. Actually I have had this problem exactly once in 14 years.

There are many RV GPS devices out there that allow you to enter the information size, weight, height etc. Then they will route you around any obstructions out there! Has worked very well so far
