Help needed, info and pricing on a 2005 Mobile Suites 36TK3

We really like the looks of this one! I tried looking it up on NADA and they only went back as far as 2009.

I have found two for sale in our area...a private party and a dealer. Both are priced at $29,000. What is a possible good price that we could buy one of these for?

Also...is this a quality brand that is constructed for full-timing?

yeah that info is not correct...I've had a few of those and dry pin weight is closer to 3100 lbs...and dry weight closer to 14K
You'd really need a dually to carry that pin weight especially with all
your stuff in it.

What year and model? I've never seen a Mobile Suites of any floorplan with a dry pin weight of 1900 lbs

Thanks. That is good info there, because as a for instance, that would be overweight for our 2006 F350 dually ( 23,500 GCWR )

As someone else pointed out, the newer one ton duallies have higher limits.

Just buy the 05' Mobile Suites. That's what you want, you haven't seen anything you like better and you aren't taking any other advice. Please report back in a year or two and let use know how your 10 year old Mobile Suites is working out.

16,500 GVW is a very heavy 36' trailer.

Like I said, the older ones weren't built as well. If you want a top end older unit, look at Newmar, Teton, Carriage or Travel Supreme. My 04' Newmar weighs 16K empty and has a GVW of 20K. That weight comes from heavier frame, lots of hardwood, Corion, heavier carpet, everything.

This does not sound particularly heavier than others of this size...
