I came across a Hensley TSLB on ebay. It looks like it was definitely used, but they clean up and are darned expensive new. Hensley will even refurbish them if you want.

This is a good deal. We have the BD3 and cost double this one. This was originally designed for medium duty trucks - here's information on it - http://www.trailersaver.com/airsuspensionhitches_tslb2h.php

We took purchased the under bed adaptor for our Ford truck. Works great.

If anybody is interested, Trailersaver makes the necessary adapter plate and spacer for using this hitch with the Ford factory installed mounting system. I'm not the one selling it either but I have one in an F-450.
