Hitch Question

I have a Curt Q20 hitch that is on the tallest setting. My new trailer is riding nose down on the hitch. The pinbox is a Trailair Rotoflex also on the highest setting. With the current set-up is there anything available to raise the hitch?

It is a bit like differential gear ratios. Higher is lower and lower is higher.

If your trailer is nose down and your Trailair is at the "highest" setting, can you just move the Trailair down? That would raise the trailer nose.

Am I understanding your current settings correctly?

Wondering the same!

I have your same system, thus I cannot understand what is going on as mine is fine. A photo will be helpful to see what is going on.
