KArry All 2003 Skybox Hatch

Hello,
Has anyone had a toyhauler with the Skybox fwature? Mine is a 2003 Karry All 36ft.
The hatch cover to the skybox is leaking and the latch appears to be non functional.
Has anyone had one of these and needed repair? I have contacted several dealerships and none of them know of this feature!

Bill those were pretty unique even at the time, very few other Toy Haulers had walk on roofs let alone railing and interior stairs to get to the roof. Being it's 12 years old I'm not shocked about the dealers. Komfort is sort of gone, Thor bought it but I think the brand got dropped along the way. I think it was folded into the Dutchmen RV line up. That might be a place to start. They were popular with the race crowd because of the hatch.

A photo of the latch could help too.
