hi all, am trying to level the trailer so we can setup the hitch height for the weight distribution assembly. problem is, we have to raise the front of the hauler to get the inside floor level. we put the leveler to the tongue and the front is higher?

which should we level to get an accurate tongue height measurement? level the tongue or level the inside? confused ....

Assuming you are sitting on a perfectly flat surface and the frame is straight the whole length of the trailer, measure from the surface up to the frame both front and back and adjust the tongue height until they are both equal.

Yup, or as much as 1.5" LOWER in the front as measured from front and rear frame to ground.

I would level the floor since the floor sits directly on the frame.

I hope your tongue isn't bent.
