Lippert hydraulic slide adjustment

3 of the 4 slides on my 2011 Cardinal retract about 1 inch past flush at the top. They all open & close with no problem. Has anyone encountered this problem? It's at the dealer now for an inspection/adjustment. Haven't heard from them yet.

Update. The dealer adjusted my slides and showed me the procedure. It turned out good, was charged one hour per slide. All is good.

On my 08 Cardinal the main living room slide is off about that much, top to bottom. I have chosen not to try and fix it until the problem starts to get worse.

I have an 05 Cardinal and I have adjusted my slides and replaced slide pins. Slides can be a pain, when they need attention. My slides are hydraulic and if my slide is going in too far, it is an easy adjustment on the end of the hydraulic cylinder. It is not likely the in/out adjustment would move without some other issue.

However an inch does not sound too far out of adjustment to me. My bedroom slide probably goes in about an inch at the top. The opposing slides are flush to a 1/2" inside.
