Maintenance log

I am looking for a maintenance log App for my IPad/IPhone to use for my fifth wheel.The ones I have found seem to be for people that are traveling full time and put information in every day.. I just need something basic that I can put info in (model #, serial#, what was done, dates, insurance info,etc.) for the major components that need annual or semi-annual maintenance.
Does anyone have anything like this?

I made up a note book & keep a paper file. When I get ready to sell I use it as a selling point.
