MORryde Service

We still have our 2009 Monte Vista and while adjusting the brakes on her last night (note to self to replace the whole brake assembly with auto adjusting!), noticed that the rubber springs in our MORryde suspension were pretty cracked and needing replacement.

Contacted MORryde today and have to share my experience.

WOW is an understatement. Spoke with Shasta at MORryde who went above and beyond to help me understand the process of replacing the rubber springs plus she worked with me on ordering the springs and a new shackle kit. In a day where good service is hard to find, I wanted to share that for those that have MORryde or may be considering getting their suspension system, you will truly appreciate the level of technical and post sales support you will receive.

We had 2" risers installed on our MS last summer, service was second to none! Great company to deal with and yeah, they feed you lunch.

When we arrived that week last year there was a welcome sign in the lobby with all the names of the people having work performed welcoming us to their facility.

There are quite a few of us over on the Grand Design forum that have had the MOR/ryde IS installed and, to a person, everyone has had similar experiences. We are especially fond of Sergio, the technician who installed our suspension system. We had planned a three-day stay to have the work done... fell in love with Amish country, moved the rig to the county fairgrounds at Goshen, and spent another ten days or so touring and riding our bikes on the paths. It's more than just a happy post-script, though, that the suspension system made such a difference in our mobile lives.

Schedule an appointment with Gary to have the IS installed... The entire EVENT, from the time you first call, to the time you actually leave their facility is second to none... Your head will be spinning !

They even allow you to stay in the RV at night while it is on jack stands being worked on.. They give you a key to the shop door so you can come and go as you please... they feed you lunch...

It's clear this company knows the meaning and value of service. And they appear to hire great people like Shasta and Gary. I'm now looking at a new pin box....and MORryde is top of the list in large part due to this marvelous service experience. And high quality USA built items are a bonus! ๐Ÿ™‚

What a coincidence, I just gotten off the phone with Shasta !!! I was re-searching a cord reel, and needed sizes to see what would fit our 5'er. Then low and behold seen that she also helped you. I agree MORryde customer service is one of the BEST with customer service. Good Luck and Happy Camping !!!
