Hello! My husband is in the military and was sent for a year of training around the states. We opted to buy a fiver instead of rent hotels for a year and we are loving it! But wow do we have some moments. I've been searching for other families that can relate to the growing pains of the lifestyle. It's nice to find this forum!!
I've just started a humorous blog about our fantastic mistakes so far. Id love some feedback if anyone has time. Thanks!

You write like Pat MaManus! Which is to say you can keep the laughs coming. Consider putting this in print some time would you. Tell the old man, THANKS from another vet. It does get better once you understand how things work.
Dear Crowded Camper Mom, My arm candy and I Laughed so hard at your predicaments that it took 15 minutes to read. Thank you for letting us glimpse into your life. I have bookmarked your blog and look forward to more.
Thanks to your Military Man for his and your service to our country.

PS I'm still with Arm Candy even though I'm diabetic.

There is a fellow full timer on here that travels with his wife and three kids in a Montana Fiver. They are home schooling their kids while he works at different locations. Seems to work for them too. The RV lifestyle is a wonderful way to teach your kids about this wonderful country of ours.
