If you have a Dometic AC, changing the thermostat involves a specific thermostat -- not a Lowes model. In my unit, it controls a relay box located in the AC which also controls the furnace.

If the new thermo did not solve the issue, I would put the old one back to be sure I wasn't adding another issue.

We would need more information to try to help. Are you hooked up to shore power, or running on batteries? Did the fan operate, but no heat, or was there no fan and no heat? Do you have propane? Need that information in order to start a diagnosis.

You need to tell us a bit about the trailer, A/C and heat make and model and if you have an energy management system.

Not enough shoreline voltage
No 12 volts or batteries are too low

Make and model of furnace?
Some have a circuit breaker adjacent to the fan motor. Most have small white or red reset.
You did test the fuse?
Check for incoming power to furnace.
