My only possible concern would be if you cannot get to the bathroom or fridge without putting out the slide. Other than that it looks like a nice rig.

Looks fine. With the washer/dryer up in the front corner you may get some extra movement during the spin cycle. Kind of a tail wagging the dog kind of thing.
