Ramp door

It is hard to get the pic to show but there is a crease from the bottom of the door to about 2/3rds of the way up. Anyone else had this happen to them?

Is it a crease, or a bulge from under the fiberglass skin???

If it's a bulge, it's most likely water intrusion.

I have always put blocks under mine to level out the ramp. The crease is outward but I cannot believe it is from over weight. My Brute Force is about 600 lbs and even with me on it, the load is distributed among 4 wheels. My scooter is less than 200 lbs. We have used the ramp as a deck but never for more than 2 people.

We had a large amount of rain over the weekend and I think it is moisture related. The crease is somewhat diminished today after drying out for a couple of days, but I am sure it will come back.

I have been in contact with the seller and they have forwarded the pics to Forest River. Now we wait.

Not I. Is the crease outward or inward? Is it caused by a heavy vehicle going up a ramp that might have uneven support at the base or is there some defect? Sounds like a defect if Joe got his fixed under warrantly. Joe, was yours an XLR?

I've tried to put blocks under the edges of ours if the ground isn't level so that supported evenly.

Yes. Had it replaced under warranty.
