Rear axle is 3/4 inch further left than front

First trip with my 2016 Jayco FBTS the left rear tire rubbed on inside bottom of left slide. CW looked at and said normal movement. BS . The entire axle is over to the left but leaf springs and brackets are straight. Tires wear fine, it appears that if you jacked trailer and loosened all u bolts u could move axle to the right about 3/8 inch. There is some space between the axle mount plates and u bolts. I just picked it up and moved to my site, as soon as I can I am gonna measure the welded mounts on axle to compare with the front axle to ensure they r the same. Any help with this issue

You gotta love what CW told me after three months. They jacked trailer, inspected all good. Axle has play to move because it is Morride suspension system. Hello up and down not sideways!!!! I would love to crawl around in my dirt pad and jack, measure and see what is going on. But as just said Jayco can send someone to figure it out and document for repairs down the road.

Be sure and check the center to center dimensions on all hangers first, and then the spring perches. If these are ok then measure from the pinbox king pin to the front of each front hanger.
Since this unit is still under warranty, I agree you should have Jayco send someone out to start the process, and see if the axles are defective.

That happened with our 5th wheel after the factory flipped the axles. They forgot to weld a cross brace between the spring shackles. One curb strike knocked the axles out of alignment. They realigned the axles and installed the cross braces and we've never had a problem since.

The pins only have 1/8 inch clearance on my spring setup so I would be able to get about 1/4 inch adjustment by loosening the u bolts and moving the axle. I did have a pin break off on my 4X4 truck once.

The ONLY thing to do is take it back to the selling dealer and do not accept anything less than full satisfaction.

Normally there's a flat spring perch welded to the axle that the springs set on. It has a hole in it. The springs have s short pin that sets in that hole. That keeps the axle from moving around while U bolted to the springs. Only way for the axle to be shifted is if those spring perches are welded wrong.

Not saying that's the issue. But it would be one thing I'd look at.

My current '97 11200 lb 5th wheel trailer rear 5.2k axle is 5/8" closer to the front axle on RH curb side.
With just over 100k miles on the trailer the two sets of tires have no odd wear patterns. Now after 5k-7k miles and the trailer tires have odd wear patterns take it to a big rig trailer shop and have them check it all out.
the dealer may mount a new axle on the trailer and you may have the same problem.

Ya the right rear tire is also over to the left, like the axle is offset 1/2 inch left. How tight does the axle plate pin fit in alignment hole? I was hoping I could just losses all u bolts and shift axle to right as far as the bolts would allow. Will be at this site till summer so I have time to correct. Dirt/ grass spot so not ideal place to work. I am going to call Jayco and request a mobile mech visit.

Does the other side look like it might be the same distance out the other way.

I would not only measure between spring mounting plates, but also measure from spring mounting plate to brake plate at end of axle to see if they are all the same. Could be you have a bad axle from factory.

I aligned my two trailers using info from this thread:

Currently RV-less but not done yet.

Sounds like a typical CW answer. I doubt you can simply slide the axle over, there is a pin in the springs that fits in the axle plates.
