Rockwood 8280 water filter broke

I posted this on the Forest River forum earlier but thought I'd try here as well. I Was getting our RV ready to put in storage when the water filter housing either broke or was already broken. Regardless I'm not sure how much antifreeze got pumped onto the floor I'd say it was flowing for a solid couple minutes. I got it cleaned up as best I could but most of it ran behind the fridge and then through the floor. I've been down the road of a water damaged RV before and this has me really concerned. In addition to getting wet is there any other damage that can be done because it was antifreeze?

Thank you for the reply.
I'm going to get a dehumidifier on my way home today and run that for a while. It sucks that it is where it is because its nearly inaccessible but short of ripping out the fridge and cabinets that's all I can do. We haven't used the water system in the camper for a couple years so I'm not sure how or when it broke I was even on the fence about running more antifreeze through it but figured it couldn't hurt. Anyway thanks again!

I dont think the AF will cause any more serious problems than plain water and may even support mold less.
The important thing is that you get it dried up FAST.

I had a filter housing come apart several years ago. The screw-on lid distorted and looked like it was cross threaded although it wasn't. It had been in use for months and was in a place where I constantly saw it.
Never could figure out why it failed but I replaced it and never had the problem again.
