Really like the floor plan as it is similar to ours without the island. Best option for installing the TV in my opinion, can be seen by all with out straining your neck. Our winter neighbor has a Sanibel and likes it. He did have a slide tear up the floor once under warranty. It seems kinda dark in theirs but that is just my preference to lighter woods and trim.
