anyone else having problems with rotting floors in their 3905 voltage mine is only 3 years old and its looking to cost around 2,000 to fix it. the shop plans on using marine grade plywood. My question is why it wasnt used by the manufacturer when it was built. Guess cost was the issue

True Marine Grade Plywood is very expensive

I work in traffic engineering and a lot of medium size signs use marine grade and when they get replaced, the scrapped signs are in high demand by workers for home projects because even after 15-20yrs out in the weather it's still rock solid.

A lot of what gets sold as marine grade is really just plywood using waterproof glue. The wood itself is happy to rot around the glue.

Your story and price sounds exactly like my situation. We did have a different manufacturer.
