we Have a 2011 Mountaineer 347THT> Slide outs operate by remote control or button switch inside by control panel.currently the inside switch will not open or close slides, only the remote.have checked regular fuses,2 fuses in converter box and auto parts store confirmed battery is good. Now what to check?need help

Exactly. You do have a multimeter...right? Just pull out the switch and measure the voltage to see if power is getting through the switch. If it does, then your problem is down stream from there.

Replace the switch. If your handy, check power in and out of the switch to see if you have any.
