Tire Minder TPMS Questons

I am looking at the Tire Minder TPMS I have a couple of questions. My Truck has rubber valve stems with brass threads and 5er has aluminum valve stems.

1. Do you use the system on your TV and 5er or just the 5er?
2. Anyone have issues (corrosion or loss of signal) using the Brass TPMS sensors on Aluminum valve stems?

Any other thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

I run sensors on my 5er and the rear wheels of my TV. I have never had a corrosion issue but I take mine off when not in use.

I will be replacing the factory valve stems on my truck with metal ones.

I've been running a set of Pressure Pro's on my fiver for the past five years and have been very pleased.

Can't answer the corrosion question BUT I will add my 2c on getting rid of the rubber valve stems.
I had a valve stem fracture on my right rear truck tire.
The irony is that my TST system told me it was losing air but it was the weight of the sensor that caused the failure!
I stopped with 30psi remaining (from 70) so no tire damage resulted.
I have metal stems on ALL wheels now - truck and fiver.

We just lost an inside dual because we had sensors on the rubber stems on the TV. So far I'm not very happy with the system, as I've gotter so many false reading and got tired of the beeping, so it was turned off, then we could have used it to save that tire. Have just ordered all new batteries and will see it that helps, if not I'll be speaking to the selling dealer.

2 It shouldn't matter signal wise but I like the idea of metal stems vs rubber as I have heard on they will flex and cause problems.
